Deacons

The Deacons are the caregivers who minister to the needs of the family. They meet physical needs, reach out in times of stress or difficulty, and provide for fellowship opportunities throughout the year. The Deacons also provide an outreach ministry to the community, in terms of food and clothing collections for needy families and community organizations, as well as gift donations at Christmas. In addition, they provide scholarship money to campers from the congregation who attend camps like Johnsonburg. They raise their own funds through various projects and events. Elected by the congregation, their support and encouragement are vital to the health and harmony of our church family. Meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm.
